Apryl has been a Williamsburg resident for 38 years. She has always found pleasure in creating art. She has been a muralist in the area since 1993, but her passion is working with watercolors and acrylics. She enjoys painting the little slices of life that are often taken for granted or left unnoticed as we rush through our day. Apryl began studying watercolors under Ann Murphy Armstrong. She has taken many workshops from nationally known artist and currently paints with the Barclay Sheaks Art Group. Apryl’s art can been seen at This Century Art Gallery and Prince George Art and Framing. She also participates in Williamsburg’s two premier outdoor art festivals, Art on the Square and An Occasion for the Arts. In addition to local awards and acknowledgements Apryl Altman has most recently been recognized in Cambridge "Who's Who" registry of executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
